How to remotely administer RedHat 7.2 using Windows 2000

I have to administer REDHAT 7.2 located offshore and the Linux Administrator gave me a user ID with administrative rights.

How do i remotely administer a REDHAT 7.2 with my windows 2000 using the internet?

What are the tools i need for this task?

Please provide me an outline of what to do.
But if you can go into detail i'd like that too.

*note-- these user ID's are for FTP (SFTP using SSH2)
