How to record a bug for KDE
 

I have encountered a bug in plasma desktop - clock widget tool, when browsing months. I found in Kmenu>Development>KDE Bug Management Tool but don't know how to use it. I try everything in the menus to record and reproduce the bug, but nothing happens.

How can I do that?

I don't use KDE, I do use Slackware though. A quick google search found these links:

Since your profile says you use Slackware 13, please note that many of the problems in the KDE 4.2 that Slackware 13 is using may have already been fixed in the newer KDE 4.3 that is out now.

I mean is there a way to do that trough KDE Bug Managament tool, as in version 4.3
