Hello All,

Like many things in the Linux world, "best" is going to very much be subject to personal preference.

Quote:

yum install gnochm
Will install the gnome chm reader from the standard repo. There are many other options.

this might help you
Code:

yum install chmsee

What repo are you pulling chmsee from? I do not see it in any of the standard el5 repos.

I tried to install both gnochm and chmsee.

I get this message

Looks like you do not have the epel repo set up:

Search for epel and it will tell you how to set it up.

Edit: It is also available from the rpmforge (see above page) if you prefer.

Thanks, it worked after I set rpmforge. Still very new to all this but it's fun learning Linux.
