How to put Xterm 'on top'?

Anyone knows how can I put xterm embedded on the desktop (Like conky, idesk or root-tail)? I would also like that the name of the program does not appear on the fluxbox's taskbar.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if Xterm can do it, but try Eterm; with the correct options it'll probably fit your needs. It's heavy though, in the sense of heavy terminals.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunaly I didn't see any option for what i want (I wrote Xterm in the title but i wanted to say Eterm).

i think what you may want (or have seen in screenshots) is transparent terminal with .Xdefaults removing the window borders. depending on what terminal youre using, the .Xdefaults options may vary, so check the man pages.

I already have that (Eterm -x -0 --trans --scrollbar=off --buttonbar 0 --save-lines 999 --geometry 120x15+575+540 --no-cursor -f grey).

What i want is to have Eterm in all the desktops (1, 2, 3 and 4) like conky or idesk.
