How to play .mov files in ubuntu lucid?

I have all players installed and codecs also but unable to play .mov files?
Thanks in advance?

Have you got ubuntu-restricted-extras installed?

Add the Medibuntu repo to your software sources and install the w32 codecs (for 32bit Ubuntu) or the w64 codecs (for 64bit Ubuntu):
Both MPlayer and VLC should be able to files for you.
The gecko-mediaplayer is used as a plugin to stream .mov files in Firefox.
