Sorry to dissapoint, but this isn't a possibility unless you're running VMWare (
http://www.vmware.com/) or Win4Linux (
http://www.netraverse.com/). Both are commercial products that will allow you run Linux from Windows, but both of which are fairly expensive options. You'll also take a performance hit, running both OSs at once.
There is no "out of the box" support for this kind of functionality. Linux is it's own Operating System, so the best you can to is either run a Windows compatibility layer like WINE, dual-boot between the two, or ditch Windows and run Linux exclusively
