Need Help On Where To Open & Close Port 515

Quite easy, have you already tried iptables filters rules.

It's not so complicated, by hand :
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --sport 515 -j REJECT

Therefore you can use firewall tools set provided with your distribution.
