Lightbulb How to Move Unwanted messages From Mailq to Diffrent Folder


I m using sendmail. I have two queries regrding mailq

1) How i can move unwanted mails from mailq to diffrent folder?
2) How i can remove those mails from the mailq ?

Please suggest me the options.

You can move them manually, but what are they doing there anyway? ClamAV puts infected messages into quarantine in the mailq, and I use a cgi script to view and handle those.

Can you please elaborate more on it & how do I delete those mails from queue???

You'll have to locate your mail directory, I would normally look in /var/spool/mqueue. You'll find two files for each email (probably). One with the actual email and one with details used by sendmail. mc is a good utility to use for this, as you can browse and view the files easily.
