How to manually install a debian file for debian?

I canīt install programs that end with .deb automatically...

Can anyone teach me how to install them manually on konsole?

As root:
dpkg -i filename.deb

In the terminal type:
dpkg -i <packagename>.deb
You will either need to be root to install or use sudo.

# dpkg --install package.deb

Use command "dpkg" as root, like this:

# dpkg -i yourprogramname.deb
