How to manually config IP`s


I don`t want to use dhcpcd ... i want tu manually config eth0 and eth1 i have received 82.72.19.16/28 via 82.72.21.162 from my ISP and now I want to configure eth to use these ips .. i allready have my resolv.conf whit the DNS 193.231.237.2 and 193.231.189.9 those r the dns` of my ISP

I run on slack 10.1 ... please help !
