how to make venn diagram with this dataset

I have two columns (already parsed out from another output file) as below.

Contig577 BRME_20739-,TCONS_00051195+,TCONS_00051196+,comp257652_c0_seq3+
Contig576 BRME_20727+,comp580392_c0_seq1+
Contig571 BRME_20660+,comp240444_c0_seq1+
Contig570 BRME_20621+,comp264446_c0_seq1+,TCONS_00055132-
Contig573 BRME_20673-,comp266425_c0_seq1+
Contig572 BRME_20671-,TCONS_00051288+,comp803306_c0_seq1+
Basically i want to make a three way venn-diagram. I want to show for all the 6 contigs how many are contributed by BRME, comp and TCONS uniquely or non uniquely. How can i do it?

Thanks Upendra

Apparently this extension - - allows you to build Venn diagrams.
