how to make the server to get its log data back to it after connecting to client

I have made the clients log data to be written in its own disk space when the server is in unreachable state. It all went fine. Now the problem is when the server is up again how can I get the log messages back to the server database which are written in clients disk when the server is down.

One more problem is that when the server is in reachable state also the log data is being written in the clients disk though i used the condition
$ActionExecOnlyIfPreviousIsSuspended on
& /var/log/localbuffer
$ActionExecOnlyIfPreviousIsSuspended off

where the previous one is

*.* @@server's ip-address

So now I am getting the log data in two place
1.Server's database
2.Client's disk

What is the condition that makes the log data not to be written into clients disk when the server is in reachable state.

Here the server and client are two different systems on which we are using rsyslog

What client? What server? Your description of the software server or services is lacking enough details.
