How to make RH Linux 7.2 recognize pcmcia adapter?

I like to use a wireless ethernet card with a pcmcia adapter on my PC. I'm using RH Linux 7.2 and using KDE desktop.
How can I make RH Linux 7.2 recognize the pcmcia adapter?
