How to make a bootable USB for Mac under Linux.
Hi,
I'm trying to create a bootable usb under Linux that will allow me to reinstall Mac OS X on my MacBook Air.
I have formatted the usb drive as hfs+ using gParted. I've also made the volume bootable. I'm not sure if it will work though.
Now I need to find a way of putting the dmg file onto the usb. Is it just a case of drag & drop?
Or is there a tool I can use to transfer the dmg to usb under Linux?
Kind regards,
