how to make a boot disk

I'm working on a Win98SE machine and I'm trying to make it a dual boot Win98/RedHat 8. My computer won't boot from the RedHat installation CD. I'm trying to make a boot disk now. I have been suggested to use the "rawritewin.exe" to put the boot disk image on the disk, rather than trying to copy-and-paste it there. However, windows responds that this is an unknown command.

How do I make a Linux boot disk? Please?

This is for rh9 but should apply to rh8, go in the dosutils directory on the cd, double click rawrite.exe and follow the prompt, the image file is in the images directory called bootdisk.img.
or use something like winimage to write it to a disk.
