How to login to bash shell

My main server is RH9 but only port 111, 139, 199 are opened.
I have user name & password to use samba share files but I don't know how to login to bash shell. Telnet & SSH port are not
opened. Please help me!.

You can't login to a bash shell thru Samba Share from a Windows machine. You will need either physical access or remote access via Telnet/SSH/RLogin... etc...
