Confused here; you have configured a server, installed and configured postfix, postfixadmin, configured multiple domains and users....but don't know how to log in? If you were able to do all this other work, it would seem easy to be able to log in. Just get a mail client, user/password, and enter the credentials for the server. Since you just CREATED that server, you should already know all of these things.

...and both Squirrelmail and Roundcube both have extensive documentation sets on how to install/configure them. Follow those guides.
