How to install zoltrix smart cobra lite modem in mandrake?

I just install the Mandrake Linux with Windows XP..although I still have the screen resolution problem as usual with Intel boards...

The major thing I want is to setup the pci modem in linux mandrake...then I use the kppp setup and query my modem it give me "modem is busy" error on the port on which my modem is installed...and on on other ports it give me modem can't response error

How I can install my modem???

When I visit the Mandrake CP and view the hardware info, I saw the following:

Communication Controller: Rockwell HSF 56K Data/FaxVoice modem
Sub System: Aztech system bus ltd MSP-3880-U
Flags: bus master medium devsil, latency 32
IRQ 21

Can any one help me???????
