Question How to Install with Binaries

OK, I have a Sun Microsystems server running Solaris 10 and need to Install Coldfusion on it. When I downloaded ColdFusion from Adobe's website the file was a Binary. How do I install a program that only has a binary?

Make sure the file is executable and run it...?
