Welcome to LinuxQuestions!

I'm sure there will be many people who could help with your problem but without any details of your 3G dongle; Mobile provider, manufacturer, model, chip set, etc, I'm afraid you're not likely to get any useful answers.

Play Bonny!

I have no idea what an "exact match" of a package means. If you want the usb-modeswitch package for Wheezy you can find it right here.
Did you not think to search on Debian's package site?
Any reason why you have not moved on to Jessie? It would be things that much easier.

Hello and welcome to LQ.

I might be tempted to start here. https://packages.debian.org/search?k...usb-modeswitch

Why they do names and then label by number I have no idea. https://www.debian.org/releases/

Makes you look it up all the time.
