How to install Ubuntu Dapper from Fedora?

Need help installing Ubuntu.

I'm running Fedora Core 4 on a laptop. The internet connection works using both wireless and wired. I don;t have a working CD or floppy drive. How can I install Ubuntu? I'm done with Fedora, don't like it and I have Ubuntu Dapper on my other machine.

Can;t I just download a new installer kernel and tell GRUB to boot it on the next reboot?

I recommend you to go with a clean install and you should be fine.

If you have it on the other machine, what about a pxe install?

Yes, did a PXE install. Worked fine. Ubuntu Dapper detected everything and is running great. Unfortunately the wrieless card has no linux driver and I'll have to use Ndiswrapper.
