Get the live Ubuntu cd. Put it in drive while windows is running. It will auto run and ask if you want to install Ubuntu within windows.
I hope you are not a bot with similar issues with Ubuntu and not finding your answers on google?

You can, with the LiveCD, do a standalone install of ubuntu and configure the partitions as you like using the manual option at the partitioning stage. This will give you a dual-boot setup with grub as bootmanager. There are some issues with this as grub can overwrite the windows bootloader, in which case you have to repair it to boot windows.

WUBI is another method that installs ubuntu as a program within windows.
