I have exactly the same problem...
I'm a newbie but under Mandrake 9.0 everything works perfectly.

I have seen there is an updated driver managing the Audigy and downloaded it by Sourceforge but the installation procedure seems pretty complex and when I try to launch the make it doesn't work.. .
and I'm stucked...

Please can you help ?

Post old way = no g00d?

can't you guys just use the old way for installing the drivers? I mean there's a lot to be found on how to install those drivers.. (use search)
Just untar using the command found on the sourceforge's page ("commments").
Then go into the created directory and edit the config file. There's a line which should refer to the directory holding your kernelsource. Maybe you should edit that path to point at your kernel. (Or in my case: first install the kernel in /usr/src/ I didn't during the install of my distro.. so that's were my install fails ..l0l)
Time for a 'make' and a 'make install'.
Afterwards, it shouldn't be a problem anymore... (I hope l0l)

try it!
