Did you try looking this up using Google? From what I see here, it looks like the program is available in Kali's repositories. You should be able to install it using Kali's package manager or by opening a terminal and entering this command...

Please do not use upper case letters in your post titles. It's the equivalent of shouting at people.
Installing software in Linux is much the same for all distributions: you ask your package manager to get the package for you. Kali belongs to the Debian family, so its package manager is apt, with apt-get as a command-line interface and synaptic as a graphical interface. You can read all about it here.
However, it's not really appropriate for a Linux beginner to be using kali at all. Kali is a highly specialised distro used by security experts for penetration testing. There are many other distributions that you will find easier to use at this stage of your Linux journey.
