How to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS v3.0

Dear friends,
I want to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS v3.0 on my pc.
I am already running Windows XP and I have decided to install
Linux in the last drive (size 24.4 GB).

My processor is Celeron 2.8 GHz and Ram is 1.49 GB.

Can anyone give me a tutorial on how may I do the installation?

Why would you install a version that will be going
out of support in just over a year?

Absolutely... go with the latest 5.3. If you don't want to pay for updates/support, use the equiv centos 5.3. Same code, same updates, no official support ie phone/web.

I had thought that 3 had already gone EOL , Guess not.
ok the last software update was on Jun 2007 and the LAST security fix is in 2010
