Smile How to install OpenSSL in wine?-> Getting "no extractable location" error for prereq

Ok, I have OpenSSL installed on Linux; however, a program I use via wine requires OpenSSL, and it can't find it wine's virtual directory, or whatever it's called, so I tried running the installer. The installer says it needs some repositories that you download from Microsoft. When I open that, it says that there's no extractable location, so it can't continue. Is there a trick to running those types of files to get them to extract and run? Or is there another trick to get OpenSSL installed under wine?
