Question how to install new rpm on my linux machine

i have got linux installed on my machine.
can anebdy tell me

Q1 : How to install new rpm's on my machine?
Q2 : how to run .exe files in linux envoirment N see thier output?

To install an rpm:
rpm -ivh app.rpm
To upgrade an rpm
rpm -Uvh app.rpm
To learn about rpm
 man rpm
I'm not sure what you mean by running exe files, those are for Windows. Wine can run some exe files, so you might want to check out that.

You need to install WINE, if you want to run *exe files. Not all windows applications will work though.
