Since you are using RHEL, you should have access to Red Hat support as part of your license. What did they say?

Spell your words out. And have you tried just plugging it in???

Really, without any details (things like error(s) you've seen, what programs you've tried, etc.), there's nothing we can tell you.

1st of all sorry for replying so late and i have resolved the issue.......

solution
 
just install google chat plugin >>>it will automatically install the driver for webcam >>but u can use web cam only in google not in skype and others
