So I after a couple hours of working at it and trying to figure out why I could't start Linux and install it I figured out that Windows auto hibernated 100% of the time unless you use the command prompt to disable it.
Now the only logical explanation to why I keep getting "cant mount /dev/loop0" or something like that is that Linux REQUIRES a CD drive to be in the computer... which I do not have.
I came to that conclusion since the only thing that has changed other than my mobo, CPU, and GPU is that I no longer have a CD Drive in my computer.
Any ideas?
That or Universal USB Installer is out of date now.
