Could someone help me on these
1. Is libusb part of the OS (FC7)?
2. If not, how to install libusb?
3. How to check if libusb is already present in the system Or not?
4. How to check the version of the libusb instaleld in the system

Thanks

rpm -qa | grep -i libusb

And you'll see the version as well.

http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/f...386/os/Fedora/
can supply both libusb and libusb-0.1.12-7.fc7.i386.rpm and
libusb-devel-0.1.12-7.fc7.i386.rpm as I guess you need both.
root@user#rpm -Uvh 'packagename'.rpm will install the packages.
Replace 'packagename' with the name of the package you want to install.
