how to install httpd
 

how could i install my httpd, i am using Red hat 5.2.
My website could not be loaded on Windows browser and
when i check the httpd if it is installed it says it is not installed.

I am just a newbie on this one though have some basic knowledge
though. I just inherited this system which running our website and
till now i cannot run my website.

plssssssssssssssssss help me..

There's an RPM for it and it will be named "apache". The source is at apache.org however you should just stick to the rpm's. If you have the install media look on those. If not, check rpmfind.net for an RPM that corresponds to 5.2.

If you just want to develop the site locally try

Not too sure about serving out pages to the public, but if you just want to develop locally it should be fine.
