I am using Gnome Desktop on X-Windows - Debian Distro (Sarge)

Upon waking the screensaver I receive a login box prompting for a password. There is a button which can be clicked in order to switch user if one wishes to do so.

Problem is, when this button is clicked, I receive some sort of gdmflexiserver error (cant find file or something like that).

I tried to locate any files with the word 'flexi' in them, and there are none on my system, so I am assuming I do not have gdmflexiserver installed.

Does anyone know how to install this 'gdmflexiserver' and what are the risks to system stability?


Any cool features of gdmflexiserver would be handy to know aswell.
