How to install from .src.rpm files

How can I install from .src.rpm files
when I write

rpm -ivh [filename].src.rpm

it gives warnings as

couldn't find user temp1 using root
couldn't find group temp1 using root

what should I do?

it sounds fun but I decided to create a user named "temp1" :) well it works in a way, I didn't get the warnings, but I didn't understand what is there behind, where the files are copied?

It should be somewhere in /usr/src...

I won't know for certain, I don't use Red Hat...
