How to install Envyng in UBUNTU 9.04?

I am using ubuntu 9.04 on ATI Radon HD 2400 Pro card. To install correct driver for this card I am looking for Envyng by using Synaptic Package Manager but without success.

I also downloaded the .deb files (3 files) from sofpedia.com but "install the package" icon is inactive. So I did not install it.

Is there any other way to install or get ENVYNG? :confused:
