how to install dimdim in fedora12

I'm trying to install dimdim on fedora12, but I'm not sure what to do after downloading the source code. Is there any other way to install other than using source code? Any help will be appreciated

i downloaded it but it looks "fun" ( read as "a mess" ) to build .

I read the readme file but being new to fedora and linux in general, I'm stuck at the line that says

"You need to setup Build environment(Specially for Reflector) before building Dimdim Web meeting Server."

Any ideas of how to do this? Specifically about how to install corona-1.0.2 and fcgi-2.4.0...
