how to install a new theme?

Hi, I downloaded a Mac-like theme from www.kde-look.org the other day, and get the file using tar, but it seems to be impossible to use ./configure.
And it can't be done in Desktop configure->appearance and theme->theme manager, 'cause what I could find is just a directory, without any useful files.
Anyone knows how to handle this stuff?

You don't extract the tar file, just select it with your theme manager.
