It only upload a file and put it in a thumb nail at bottom.
It does not paste the screen shot in the posting between lines.

See what I did here:

fanoflq,

I don't think it is possible to insert a screenshot between the lines of text.
(Somebody please advise if that is possible).

What is wrong with having several thumbnails and referring to them at various points in the text?

Example:

dfn,gbdjhggnjkgnkhnkjhnkhnj
mghjhjhfkjhjkfhjkf

(see screenshot 1)

kjbkjfhfjhjhljh
ghjghjhgkjhkjhkh

(see screenshot2)

mhfghjghkjhgjkhkj

Am I missing something here?

Not only do I agree with beachboy2, but it would be a pain in the a$$ if the post was full of screenshots as it makes it unwieldy to keep scrolling up and back to see what is being said about said screenshot.

As indicated, simply put in text to advise which screenshot is related to which piece of information and I believe all at LQ will easily follow your information

it depends on the subforum.
some allow inline images, others don't.
