I don't know very very SuSE, but, if u go on YaST Control Center, do you have an option for the language setting?

Hello,
a package called 'kinput2' might help you do that. I don't know how to install it simply in SuSE, but you'll sure find the answer by searching around using www.google.com for instance. Good luck, be patient, search and you'll find. Sylvain. |
Hi again,
You might as well need to set these variables in one of your personal scripts: LANG=ja_JP.eucJP LC_MESSAGES=ja_JP.eucJP LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.eucJP XMODIFIERS=@im=kinput2 # export LANG export LC_MESSAGES export LC_CTYPE export XMODIFIERS There is probably a user-friendly solution as well. I hope you'll find the solution that will be fine for you. Ja-ne! Sylvain. |
thanks for help. I 'll try it tonight.
thannk again |
I look forward to your success.
