how to initiate aplay driver at first time when the system is booted

hi friends,

I am new to Linux ,problem is how to initiate the aplay driver at first time when the system booted .

I have used the aplay command to play the ".wav" files by using java ,while playing the wav file at first time ,its not playing entire file.The last word of the wav file is only playing.

The java code is
================
public class aplay_testing {

public static void main(String ars[]) {
try {

Runtime.getRuntime().exec("aplay sample.wav").waitFor();
} catch (Exception ex) {
}

}
}

For Example the sample.wav file having "wel come to Linux forum"

While playing the above file the last two words only playing at first time.The Next time there is no problem to play entire file.

Please help me to solve the problem.
