How to increase/decrease brightness?

Just installed fedora c3 on a friends toshiba portege m100

It has hotkeys on the keyboard which i can use under windows, and when i boot into fedora, i cant manage to find any settings to change the brightness of the screen, it's always full brightness.

Anyone know how i can change it?

Its a laptop....doesnt have any buttons on the screen??????just hotkeys on keyboard

You may have some success by right clicking on the desktop area..
Select: Configure Desktop...
Select: Display
In the Monitor Gamma section, lower numbers are darker....
