I use a brasilian distribution called Kurumin, but I would like to know, for example, for Debian.

Debian: # aptitude install lazaraus

The point is to use a package-management tool that comes with your distrubtion when available. On Debian, aptitude is one such tool.

Did you mean "How do I add program X to a running installation?" or "How do I remaster the disk(s) of my distribution so that it includes program X on subsequent occasions that I use the install disks?".

Question 1 is already answered (although if you like using the GUI, you might want to look at synaptic as well), Q2 somewhat more involved.

I mean, to include a program so all distro users can receive it. Thanks.
