Install guest additions and enable bidirectional clipboard.

michaelk is right. But I haven't had to much luck with drag and drop. So if it fails, What I usually do is shared folders, the folder you share shows up as a mountable drive in the guest OS.

I do not even think it does drag and drop, it is only for copy and paste, whereas that maybe the reason it has shared folders.
