Question How to get Gaim to work in KDE

Hi, I've entered my email and password... but gets an error that says my account is down... even when I tried to do it with a new adress it still says the same thing..

What protocol are yous using?

If it is MSN - did you compile it with NSS? What version are you using?

yes MSN... but I don't know what u mean by compiled...

Microsoft changed the specification for the protocol that is needed to connect to their network. You will need to download the latest version from:
http://gaim.sf.net

Make sure you read the notes about MSN.

by the way... witch prog should I use to install it with?
