How to get compiz to stay on after shut down

Hi I finally got compiz to work right by using 'compiz --replac&' and it works and looks good, I like it. The problem that I am having now is that everytime I start up I have to manually turn on compiz. Is there anyway to keep compiz running? I am using ubuntu 11.10
Thank you
PS: and how do I keep the ubuntu unity plugin?

There is an installation and configuration guide in the Ubuntu Wiki that should tell you how to configure compiz to start on bootup:
