how to forward eth1 to eth0

Hi
we are currently having a windows virus outbreak in our corporate network, all the it guys using windows machines and they are infected of course.

My question is I have a internet enabled ubuntu 9.10 machine with two nics.

eth0 is for internet and I wanna distribute my internet connection from my other nic.

There are alotta switches and access points in our network but i placed my ubuntu desktop just like the infected windows machine. Everything seems working except other clients internet connections.

Please can you show me how to share internet connection on eth0 to eth1

all the clients use this ip schema
1.2.1.xxx
255.255.255.0
1.2.1.1
and I don't wanna edit their connection setting on their sides.

modem-------eth0 ---------eth1--------switch-----clients

Thank you for your quick response but last two links generate 404 error.

I solve my problem (not packet forwarding but the connection sharing over network problem) with Untangle distribution but I don't like it because now we can't control users' bandwidth.Maybe there is a way I don't know yet.

Any help appreciated
Thanks in advance.
