The disk drake has options for it .You can find it the start menu
Go to the advanced tab of the disk drake it should have the format option

I have no diskdrake on my system. Where can I download it from?. Is it among rpm packages of Mandrake 10.1 Community Edition?.

Its Mandrake Control Centre->Mount Points->Partitions its installed by default
