How to format a harddrive whit linux mandriva 2007
Hi everyone.i'm having a huge problem.few years ago,my dad instaled on an old harddrive linux mandriva 2007 and windows xp pro edition.everything were ok until that pc got broken.well the problem is that i want to format that harddrive in a pc that cannot read windows xp pro ed,it can read only windows home ed because of the motherboard.this pc it has already an harddrive with windows home ed system instaled on it and i tryed to format the old harddrive using the actual harddrive but the computer boot always on linux mandriva even if i put a jumper to be set as slave.i also kenot enter to the bios because it has a password.please help...
