I want to know if there is any command or how to find the time and date when linux was installed on my machine?

You can look at various time stamps of certain files, like the file /etc/passwd. Each distribution will have various files that are uniquely created or modified at install time.

what linux is installed?

If it's Red Hat related(Fedora,RHEL,CentOS)

You can look in /root and look at the time stamp on anaconda-ks.cfg
