Question How to find the remote machine name I already login?

I want to access the remote machine I already login, but I forget the machines name, how can I find the machine name then? ThX

How did you connect?
ssh, vnc....
look in bash_history perhaps?

we have a ssh server, I use ssh to link to this server first, and I also need to connect to the machine in my own office, which means I need to find the machine name inside institute. Is this possible?
