How to find root directory of external PCMCIA?

How would I find the root directory of the external PCMCIA? I'm trying to configure my D-Link DWL-120 Wireless USB Adapter to work on my computer which has Fedora Core 1.

Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly
is "the external PCMCIA"? And what is
its root directory?

Cheers,
Tink
